We are a small-batch micro bakery in Spencertown, NY, that uses the naturally leavened and long-fermented tradition for all our breads and sweets. Our wish is that every loaf of bread and treat nurtures a sense of community, inspiring people to support their local business owners and encouraging the purchase of thoughtfully produced goods right in their own neighborhoods.
